Our testing process gives us a perspective on where the student is within our curriculum.
Pre-k through Kindergarten applicants will be evaluated based on social and academic skills. Testing begins at 9:00 am and ends at approximately 11:00 am.
Applicants for Grades 1 to 4 must be tested and/ or valuated in English and Math. Testing begins at 8:00 am and ends at approximately 2:30 pm.
Applicants for Grades 5-12 must take the ISEE by registering online at http://www.erbtest.org/parents/admissions/isee. The member code for Trent is 447528.
Parents may be requested to come in for an interview during this process with our Head of School.
Parents will be notified via letter and email with the Board of Director’s decision. The Board’s decision is final.

- Non- refundable $150 Application/Testing fee
- Completed Admissions Application form
- Student’s Birth Certificate
- Passport (if applicable)
- 2” x 2” student’s photograph
- Doctor’s Statement
- Official School Records (report cards/ transcripts/ standardized tests)
- Admissions Test
- Teacher Recommendation forms (completed by former school and faxed or mail directly to Trent).
A general recommendation form is required for Pre-K through Kindergarten. English and Math recommendations are required for 1st– 12th Grade.
Assessment is complete only when the school has received all documents from the previous school. Board of Director will not take any decision if the student file is not completed.
The above process does not guarantee placement. The Board along with the Head of School and Administration will review the applicant’s folder.
